Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the 5 Minutes mobile app and related services (the “App”), provided by Atlas Vision Innovations Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.
The service
5 Minutes is a meditation and relaxation app built around one short daily session. Today’s session — the Daily Five — is free to play every day. A 5 Minutes Membership unlocks the full library of sessions and your full stats.
5 Minutes is a wellness product, not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you’re experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Membership & billing
- A 5 Minutes Membership is an auto-renewing subscription offered in the App.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are shown in the App before you buy.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Any free trial’s unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
Your account
Some features use an account tied to your email address. You’re responsible for the activity under your account. You can delete your account and data at any time — see Delete your account.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the App: don’t attempt to break, reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere with it, and don’t use it unlawfully. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the App or other users.
Content & intellectual property
The App, its audio, designs, and brand are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for your own non-commercial use.
Disclaimers & liability
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Apple App Store
The following applies when you download the App from the Apple App Store. These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Your licence to use the App is a non-transferable licence to use it on any Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Maintenance and support. We — not Apple — are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support.
- Warranty. We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App to you; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to any warranty are our responsibility.
- Claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your use of it, including (i) product liability claims, (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
- Intellectual property. In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, we — not Apple — are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
- Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third-party terms. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App.
- Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
