Common questions

How does the free version work?
Today's session — the Daily Five — is always free. Membership unlocks the full Library of sessions.

I lost my streak / changed phones.
Tap Profile → Sign in and enter your email to save your progress to the cloud. Sign in with the same email on any device to restore your streak and minutes.

The daily reminder isn't showing up.
Make sure notifications are allowed for 5 Minutes in your device Settings, and that the reminder is toggled On in the app (tap the bell on the home screen).

I'm a Member but the Library is locked.
Open Profile → Membership → Restore purchases. If it's still locked, email us with the address tied to your account.

How do I cancel my Membership?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store / Google Play: iOS → Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android → Play Store → Subscriptions.

How do I delete my data?
Email support@fiveminutes.day from your account email and we'll delete your account and all practice data.
